Aims & Objectives:

  • To empower the members by bringing them together so that they are able to identify their problems and look for appropriate solutions
  • To offer to her members demand driven agricultural advisory services
  • To advocate and lobby for favorable agricultural policies for her members

Activities:

  • form and strengthen the farmers extension structure from parish up to the District levelTo build the capacity of its members through training and demonstration of appropriate and innovative agricultural farming technologies
  • To promote commodity pooling, marketing, processing and value addition
  • To protect the environment and natural resource management i.e. agro forestry seedling production, contour band formation, water retention trenches etc.
